A somewhat impromptu session before Joo moved back to Seoul and Michal back to Prague. Joo and I had played together many times, and Michal and I were in the CalArts Improv Ensemble, but Ethan was new to me. 

I am manipulating live recordings of the ensemble in a granular synthesis engine in Borderlands, and in my custom granular samplers in Bitwig. Had I been aware video was going to be captured, I may have prepared a more visually engaging setup!   Performers:
